Positives: Beautiful amenities, including the pool and workout center. Dog park is a great space and decently well-maintained. The community of people that live at this apartment complex is great.
Negatives: Just about everything else. We had endless issues that culminated in a decision to pay thousands of dollars to break our lease after 6 months and move elsewhere. One of the main issues lies in the management from a corporate levelthis complex has been unable to keep staff and we dealt with 3 completely different teams in the 6 months we lived there.
A few examples of the many issues we experienced:
-Apartment build: This was a brand new apartment and there were already large chips in the bathtub, dents in doors, etc. It was disappointing to see a lack of care in the building of these apartments for the high price.
-Parking: We paid $75 per covered space per month for parking. We consistently had cars parked in our spaces, as they were not labeled as reserved, and the communication from the front office was just to call each time this happened, although they were not open every day. No changes were ever made.
-Communication: We had countless issues with communication, but to show that it has not gotten better with management changes, a few examples follow. 1.) No checklist/information was provided at move-in and we were told to just leave trash outside of our door and it would be picked up. We received a nasty call from an office staff member telling us that boxes need to be broken down and trash needed to be in the provided trash can, which was not provided. 2.) After moving out, we were sent an amount that we owed the apartment for breaking our lease. The document was unclear, so replied and didnt hear back for two weeks, until I reached out a second time. I was told that this amount could be paid by debit card, which turned out to be inaccurate.
All in all, the amenities are beautiful, but will never be worth the mismanagement of this property.
Love these so excited plus they were fast and informative
