Would like to see a few issues get fixed such as ongoing circuit breaker going out and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. I would also like rent prices to go down a touch. Overall I think the community is really nice and maintenance does a good job. I like my apartment, I just wish it was a little more affordable.
The walls were so thin and I constantly heard noise from the pool echoing into my living room. It wasn't possible to nap and I often was woken up by noise from people in the hot tub after midnight.
There is no grass and puppies pee on the AstroTurf so it smell like dog urine, especially on hot days.
It's easy to get into the building because people leave the locked doors open on the sides and you're instantly able to walk any hall and enter any open apartment.
The office staff was nice but sometimes difficult to get a response from. They seemed like they had a ton of work all the time so maybe they needed more staff but as far as building quality, they didn't have much to work with so I can't blame them.
Filthy and missing pool chairs and cushions for the majority of summer including holiday weekends. No apologies or care from management when this was brought up as an essential summer amenity to living here. Broken parking garage gate for weeks on end with no answers or estimate of when it will be fixed so anyone can get in and have access. Each of the unit doors slam when someone else lets their door close because of the way they were designed. The trash valet leaves stains on the carpets and the ventilation was poorly designed so it smells terribly near the trash chutes. Artificial fragrances are pumped into the building which gives me a headache and doesn't help the fact that there is zero ventilation. Doors to get from one side of the building to the other have a loud metal bar to open which sounds like loud slamming and then they slam shut at all hours of the day. The pool bathroom had no working bathroom or was locked from the inside for the majority of two years. Comments on the community portal are censored and not posted if they are pertaining to something getting fixed. Management has an attitude of attacking you when you bring valid concerns. Simple repairs take days and days to get done. The parking garage floors are beyond filthy and stained yet tenants are told they are responsible for their stain on their spot. The dirt gets tracked through the carpets. Cabinets and appliances were designed to look nice but degrade quickly because they are low end.
I was never given back my deposit nor given notice on why it wasn't being returned.
