They never call me back so i hav to look els where
Nice little place Manger is nice has heat and cold air clean Friendley plenty of parking
I don't have anything good to say after being here for two years. I've lived in several apartments and have never felt the need to leave a negative review.
Issues include BED BUGS (had them twice from a disgusting apartment next door - a huge hassle), loud obnoxious neighbors, horrible parking, and slow responding management.
For the last several months of my lease, I had a neighbor below me (young, punk kid) blasting bass at ridiculous levels throughout the day. There was nothing done to fix the situation and my complaints were mostly brushed aside. I'm not talking just a little noise, but music that made my apartment feel like I was living above a nightclub, floors shaking and pictures rattling. Absolutely miserable. Take a walk-through the hallways before you sign any lease and you'll get a good idea of the type of tenants living here.
People in the office are nice, but seem unorganized and unaware of the policies regarding the property. E-mails would take several days to receive a response, and the move-out process was may more stressful than it should have been. Edgar comes across as being scared of confrontation. I had to push and prod to receive clear answers on things.
The one plus is the central location, although living on 7th Ave is mostly a nightmare. Save your time and sanity....find somewhere else to live
I love what I see. You're first on my list when time to move.
Renovated equals overpriced box greed takes over
