Apartments are well equipped, maintained, and comfortable. The rent is reasonable and more than competitive. The maintenance crew is especially helpful.

Do not stay here. Unless you have zero other option, do not stay here. These apartments are the epitome of sub-par, and charge much more than their worth in rent. I currently live here and will be leaving in two months (far too long). I would have tried to get out of my lease if I could have. The A/C in my apt went out 2-3x in the first year of my stay (their solution was a small portable a/c unit which only somewhat held me over b/c I have a studio), I had ants (hoards of ants) on over 5 occasions (the first being right after I moved into the newly remodeled unit), this newly remodeled unit had parts of the brand new countertops breaking off, management changed probably four times since I have lived here, they have not followed through with what they say they will do (just for an example: on all of the websites the jacuzzi was a used as an incentive. Upon moving in, the jacuzzi was out of service [for god knows how long] and several different members of management told me they were in talks with pool techs to fix it. A year goes by, and after several personal inquiries I wake up one morning to find the jacuzzi completely cemented over), the pools were claimed to be open year-round when in fact the pools were locked more days than not, there are a couple rules for the tenants to follow (ie parking spots) that only get enforced on some people at SOME points in time. There is no true standard. If this places rent was considerably lower, I could understand these issues. However, it isnt. I regret my time here and hope you will avoid this place at all costs. My total time spent here will be two years at the completion of my lease. Two years too long.

As with all buildings, occasional maintenance issues may arise. However, our dedicated maintenance team is committed to resolving all reported issues in as timely a manner as possible. Please note, amenities are only closed when necessary maintenance or repairs are being performed - or when an emergency situation, such as COVID-19, requires special considerations to be put into place. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Our rates are set based on current market trends in the area and we believe you'll find many of our residents think our homes, amenities, and community overall are well worth the value. You are welcome to call the office with any lingering questions or concerns. We are sorry that our community proved not to be the best fit for you personally and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Crystal Creek is minutes away from work and all types play. We offer well-designed and spacious floorplans that will satisfy your every need. Refresh yourself in one of our two sparkling pools. Our fitness center is available for your use 24 hours a day. All apartment homes include full size washers, dryers and select units include a full new appliance package with brand new microwaves and dishwashers. Pets are always welcome here at Crystal Creek. We accept cats and dogs and allow two pets per apartment, but some breed restrictions apply. We are professionally managed by Apartment Management Consultants and offer you the highest standard of apartment living. Please feel free to set up an appoint to tour one of our apartment homes and be ready to be impressed.

Lease Terms

Variable, 11-Month, 12-Month

We offer 8 to 12 month leases. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per units. There is a $300 - non-Refundable pet fee and $30 per pet rent per month. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office to verify your pets breed.
