this place is TERRIBLE, steer FAR and i mean FAR from here. The front office SUCKS, Maintenance is the most terrible maintenance on the face of this earth, they have No cameras so stuff gets vandalized all the time, also the people that live here are so inconsiderate and dont know how to parent their kids, ive caught numerous kids vandalizing and messing with mine and other peoples vehicles. One kid threw a rock at my window and broke it in my Apartment and still have yet to get it fixed. Its infested with roaches, AC is centralized so it will leak all the time due to clogging up, outdated and small and it is not worth the price. Its dirty everywhere and they allow people to be disgusting. I had to end my lease early and pay the rest office so i can get up outta here, DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT live here please!!!

Hate these apartments they are money hungry likes to charge big late fees and the whole apartment is infested with cockroaches not a nice living place maintenance takes a month to unclog a sink worse place ever rather be homeless then live in these bad apartments not even close to being a family oriented apartment

Gated access don't work . Jacuzzi has never worked no dishwasher almost all landscape is not grass

These apartments are the worst Ive lived in so far. Not only are they charging a ridiculous amount for rent they are trying to charge even more for current residents. These small out dated apartments buildings are roach infested and on top of that the maintenance services are terrible. Our ac broke down and the front desk lady flat out told us they werent sending anybody over to fix. Its been 6 days since we have Had no ac and currently seeking legal help for this matter. Oh and the pool is never open. These arent luxury apartments, they are over priced apartments in the ghetto.

I currently live at Casa Maribela and I enjoy living here. The office management and maintenance are always so kind and friendly, ready and willing to assist me and my needs as needed. The staff definitely make Casa Maribela an enjoyable place to live.

Ive only been here a month so far, and everything is pretty great. The only issue at first were the bugs.. not a difficult fix after a few bug sprays, but still annoying here and there. But it is very convenient and close to work, schools and stores. I love how pet-friendly this place is, also very quick and easy to move into.
