The apartments are a bit expensive for apartments built in 1986 and not upgraded. Corporate wants to compete with newer apartments by keeping the rent comparable to them. Now the staff of the apartments are good people and will try to help in anyway that they can.
Its a really chill area, the apartment itself is really nice, i love the paint and flooring.
Great, clean apartment. Friendly staff and convenient access to work and shopping!
Casa Anita needs to repair all things within the apartment before renting it out to new residents. Here we pay our rent, pay or electricity, cable bill, phone bills, insurance and water bills, so why should we have to be over looked or mistreated when it come to repair requests? PLEASE DO YOUR JOBS!!!!! YES, USE MY NAME WITH MY COMMENTS. I'M SURE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT GOING THROUGH THE NONSENSE. I'M JUST VERY LUCKY TO HAVE A MAN THAT KNOWS HOW TO FIX ANYTHING AND BRING IT ALL BACK TO NEW.
The staff is cool but like any corporation they're just pawns and have no power or knowledge of anything. I love my aprtment even with the extremely outdated kitchen and bathrooms. Management needs to stop being cheap and invest money into making the appropriate upgrades.
