BED BUGS BITE!!!

Only gave a one star rating since negative zero stars was not an option.

Saw a doctor and was prescribed a creme to treat all the red swollen welts that covered my entire body head to toe (literally) from bed bug bites after a visit to an apartment located near the center staircase on the 3rd floor of Building D (building is located on the southeast end of the apartment complex facing Camelback Rd.). Also saw a ginormous roach in the hallway.

Management tried to blame the occupant of the unit for the bed bug infestation although there are other reviews prior to mine citing bed bugs at this apartment complex going back a few years. They will claim the place has been treated and is safe but the bugs will continue to return even after multiple pest control treatments.

Enter at your own risk. This place is a health hazard.

Shared the above post on Capri's claimed yelp page and somehow they had it removed so apparently they are trying to suppress this information from getting out??? Shady place.

This place is run down and really dirty! Staff was very young and very rude. Didn't even try to sell me on the place. Didn't show me any amenities, just opened the door to the sample apartment and then stood there. ? How about tell me something about the place maybe? Hallways were dirty and smelled so, so bad. (I almost gagged) I guess you get what you pay for.

The apartments are really big on the inside and have huge walk in closets. I'm in a 2 bedroom on the first floor. The AC works great and it is nice and cold in my apartment. My unit is not renovated, has older carpeting and vinyl flooring with white appliances, but it still feels nice. The location is really great, there are a lot of cool places to go eat and grab drinks near by, and it's cool to drive by camelback mountain everyday. Parking is pretty tight, but not as horrible as the online reviews make it sound. Overall I think the complex is great, it's pretty quiet, there is a nice convenience store on site that sells snacks and drinks and even has a deli, the pool and hot tub are nice as well as the gym. Mary jo in the front office is always super nice and helpful. I feel like many of the bad reviews online are outrageously over exaggerated and left by poor tenants.

I really enjoy living at Capri! The grounds are clean and the pool area is nice. I feel safe and enjoy the quiet, peaceful environment.
