The apartments are really big on the inside and have huge walk in closets. I'm in a 2 bedroom on the first floor. The AC works great and it is nice and cold in my apartment. My unit is not renovated, has older carpeting and vinyl flooring with white appliances, but it still feels nice. The location is really great, there are a lot of cool places to go eat and grab drinks near by, and it's cool to drive by camelback mountain everyday. Parking is pretty tight, but not as horrible as the online reviews make it sound. Overall I think the complex is great, it's pretty quiet, there is a nice convenience store on site that sells snacks and drinks and even has a deli, the pool and hot tub are nice as well as the gym. Mary jo in the front office is always super nice and helpful. I feel like many of the bad reviews online are outrageously over exaggerated and left by poor tenants.

I really enjoy living at Capri! The grounds are clean and the pool area is nice. I feel safe and enjoy the quiet, peaceful environment.

Moving into Capri on Camelback was a very easy process - as I moved from out of state. The Ladies in the office were very accommodating and helpful through out the entire process. The complex itself has all the amenities I was looking for. It is clean and peaceful and I feel very safe here.
