    Im a retiree in property management and a current resident of Canyon Crossroads and know too well the struggles of managing a property and dealing with so many personalities and the demands it brings.. Monica and the professional staff she has in place do a wonderful job at maintaining the property and assisting residents with a great attitude and a smile, ever time Ive entered the office. I would HIGHLY recommend living at Canyon Crossroads to anyone. I so pleased to live here and plan to stay for awhile.

    I am a current Canyon Crossroads Resident. I have lived here for 6 years and this weekend the office had a resident event for us. It was adults only and they had a 1920's theme. It was a night time event and was so much fun. The office management team did a WONDERFUL job!!!! We had a blast. They provided music, food, games, prizes but the best part was getting to know my neighbors. The events these ladies put on are so much fun. I can't wait to see what they do next! :) Thank you Canyon!

    I am currently a Canyon resident. I have been here just under a year. I absolutely love this property. I moved here from back East and had had no knowledge of the Phx area. Angie helped me get my place and it was such an easy transition. We were able to do everything by email. She gave me advice on the different places to visit, work and areas of Phx to be careful in. I have just renewed my lease and will continue to do so until I am ready to purchase a home. It is disheartening to read some of the negative reviews. A fellow neighbor wrote a review saying Canyon tows vehicles unnecessarily. Not true. They will put a sticker as a warning if the person does not have a parking permit to be in a covered spot. They will tow if the tags/registration are expired. These are to help us residents, to ensure the covered spots are just for us. They close the pool only when it needs to be treated due to fellow resident abuse of our pool.(To keep us safe) Bringing glass in is an example of this. I am at the pool frequently and if a glass gets broken, they have to close the pool. It is frustrating for us residents who do follow the rules. The staff is always kind, considerate and helpful. They have a lot of resident events for us and Angie in the office dotes on the school kids that get off the bus. I know my son gets right off the bus just to go see her, as do the other kids. I am a single father and it is comforting to know the ladies in the office look out for our kids. There is always another side to these nasty reviews people post. I hope mine helps potential renters see how great our little community is.

    We have lived at CC for over five years and we love it. Part of the reason we stay is because of the maintenance team. They get work orders done quickly, are trustworthy and are so nice. The girls in the office are always helpful and sweet. The complex is small and quaint with very pretty grounds. Highly recommend.
