I was very unimpressed with the quality of these apartments. The HOA does not maintain the property; the Health Department shut down the hot tub (prior to Coronavirus), the dog poop bins were rarely emptied, and the trash would pile up all around the dumpsters. It's funny they list a fitness center and putting green as attractions; the "fitness center" is a room the size of a bedroom with a few janky pieces of cardio equipment and a couple dumbbells. Every time I was in there, the AC was not working. It's pretty terrible in there. Furthermore, the putting green is just an uneven piece of fake grass that everyone lets their dogs pee all over. I never saw it being used once. There is a muddy dog run, too, but it's so full of poop I wouldn't let my dog run around in it. Overall, pretty gross apartments.
