at Avalon Apartments and have been here for a year and a half. My car has been broken into twice after parking in the parking lot that has no cameras/any type of surveillance whatsoever. I called my apartment manager this morning, to warn them about a potential liability. The staff member that I spoke to interrupted me and told me to just call the police and that the parking spot wasnt their problem. The recent purchase of this building was meant to improve it, but clearly that is not the goal. This company (Alliance Southwest, LLC) and its staff do not care about residential safety concerns, or much about residents at all. In addition, the light on my porch has been broken/burnt out for months. Where is maintenance? Nowhere to be found. My neighbors dog runs wild outside without a leash. Where is the apartment manager? Too busy trying to scam people looking for a home out of their money, Im sure. Save yourself a headache, lost possessions, and wasted money and look elsewhere

You will go without a/c in the summer time for periods of time. I've lived here three years, every year the a/c goes out. Do you like to shower? Because I have gone without water. The heat will be turned on after it has been cold for a couple weeks so buy blankets. They require 60 days notice when your lease is up so you better plan on moving out of this place extra early so you don't get charged for it like me. Do you enjoy construction upgrades? Because you will hear the hammering and sawing sometimes as early as 7:30am so if you work better buy some ear plugs. Add fans and space heaters to the list and also back up jugs of water so you can bathe when the water is shut off for "repairs". You may enjoy the helpfulness of the staff. They'll let you know when the water and electric will be out but no such luck with that 60 day notice you need to give or that your lease end is approaching.

Its been seven straight days since we have had air conditioning and the apartment management is not doing anything to accommodate that or even give an update as to when it will be fixed. It is over 105 outside and over 90 inside. Our kids can't stay here. Its been once a month for the last year that either the heat/air goes out, or the water goes out without notice. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I wish I could give it 0 stars, honestly. Always something happening here. A/C, Bugs, Leaks & only temporary fixes. It's not worth the little bit of money you'll save.

I've been in this complex for 10 years is still quiet here but the contractors make a mess and doesn't clean up behind their self
