I live at Aspire for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The apartment I was in was fantastic and didn't have many problems. The few times I did have an issue, the maintenance staff was quick to respond and took care of it immediately. The pool is amazing and the gym (open 24 hours) is so nice and large that I canceled my membership at LA Fitness. I did see some roaches outside during the summer months but never had them inside of my apartment. I did however have one scorpion in my apartment (over 3 years) and I removed it myself. I notified the office and they had my apartment treated within days. Living in Arizona my whole life, it was not my first run in with a scorpion, no big deal to me. I am not sure what "fees" were always charged as I did not experience any. The office was always pleasant to speak with and never rude or disrespectful. By the way, they have FREE breakfast 5 days a week, and not just a muffin.. they change what they serve everyday (my favorite was egg day). Cant tell you how awesome it was to run in there in the morning, grab breakfast and head to work. Overall, I would recommend this place to my friends and family as my experience was great. The only reason I moved was for a job change, but I would rent another apartment at Aspire in a second.

READ BEFORE RENTING I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH
This review is of my experience living at Aspire. Renter Beware! Take this review as you may as you should with any review. This is just my experience.
At first glance Aspire looks great! Huge gym, pools, club house, location, free breakfast just to name a few things. Then you live there Where do I begin? Lets start with what I will call summer problems. During the summer since you live next to the wash at night expect to see droves of cockroaches running around the property. These will get into your apartment from time to time as well. Nothing you can do about the amount of roaches that inhabit the grounds at night during the summer. Also, be prepared to find scorpions frequently in your apartment. I would find them more often than I like. During the summer around the property in the water reservoirs they get inhabited by bees. These are the same bees I got swarmed on and broke my glasses. When I called to report it my response back was that sucks also filled with laughter. No apologies, no offer to replace my glasses due to lack of maintenance to get rid of these hives. Also during the move out process, I was told we cant take blame for Mother Nature (Good one! Its rich and condescending). These bees are all around the property. Occasionally I would find a small snake on the grounds as well. These are what I deem the summer problems of Aspire.
Now management.. Is that what they are supposed to be? These people are aggressive! I would encounter any request with a hardnosed reply. Constant reminders to the community about an issue on a scale of 1 to 10. Also expect a fee on everything you do. Everything at Aspire comes with a cost. If they have to hold your package for whatever reason (good luck getting your package btw they hold your items hostage). If you are not home for certain inspections, BAM! fee. Doesnt matter you will find multiple pricing scales along the journey. Maintenance request are met with prompt

I have seen log of scorpio's in my unit and
pest control also not helpful.

this is a desert place you have to stay your own risk and that is what I heard from management.
