    Trillium is a small-enough community that it feels welcoming and easy to get to know other residents. We really like all the amenities here, from the pool and hot tub to the nice gym and movie room, and we use all of them regularly. We like the location of our unit and its proximity to the grills in the center of the complex. Our unit is very nice and has some wonderful upgrades, including a huge kitchen. It seems like the complex is well-maintained and is constantly being upgraded.

    I've been living here about 7 years now! Whenever I've had a problem or situation Trillium Papago Management Team takes care of it right away. :) That's why I luv, luv, luv this apartment complex compared to the other one's out there who don't care or take the time to care about their residents. :(

    11 one star reviews in a row on google, shocking. 3 Times throughout the year they moved for asphalt repaving. No parking was given, the dings on my car are immeasurable and the front office takes no responsibility. 4 days notice was given at a commuting complex. Every gate to the pool is broken, and hasn't been fixed in 8 months. Every fob to enter the community center, broken. You have to enter through the gym upstairs, whose fob is also broken. To take an elevator down. Hopefully that doesn't break too. No coffee or amenities, always out of stock. At least one gate is always broken, currently its our East one. 4 Days minimum to fix that. Hot tub was broken for 5 months out of my stay here. I had one request with my stay. A 60 day notice. They gave me a form that had every single date wrong, from 4.5 months ago. Bringing this to the attention of DeAndre Bailey, he jumped around to 15 different excuses that involved a whopping 4 forms. None of those forms were the 60 day notice buddy. All I asked for, after all of your failings as property managers, was one form to be emailed to my account. They can't even get an email right.

    I have been a resident for 5 years. The previous apartment managers were amazing. These new people running the office are awful. Had a pest problem which they were avoiding. Recently my toilet broke. I went to the office to request maintence to fix it and there were 3 people standing there staring at me when I walked in the office. The apartment manager said I would need to put in a service request online. I told I was having a problem logging in. The leasing agent walked me to the computer room and wasn't able to log in the computers. After arguing with them for 15 minutes and getting nothing done. I said I don't have time for this. The leasing agent told me "I might want to make time if its my toilet". These people are a joke. I pay a lot of money to live here for them to be too busy to do thier jobs and help the people who live here. Can we get the old property managers back?

    Been through 3 Sets of maintenance men in less than 6 months and nothing is being fixed. No AC for months. Look elsewhere, waste of money

    Did a short-term lease here for 5 months. The front desk staff was friendly but completely useless. I submitted multiple requests because an exterior tap dripped every time a maintenance person used it, and he never managed to turn it off. I complained almost every month that the maintenance person didn't turn off the tap, but despite assurances from the office staff, the tap was never fully turned off until I did it myself. They assured me that "they would follow up with the staff", but somehow the tap remained on every time until I cranked it myself. Another time, I asked them to bring a package from my doorstep to the office since I was out of town. They were happy to oblige, and promised that they would bring the package to the office. But when I came home 5 days later, a neighbor informed me that after 3 days, they moved the package to my patio. The office promised that they would take care of my package, but then left it on my doorstep, where anyone could have taken it. Thank goodness for good neighbors, in spite of the office. Upon move-out, I received charges for a "full paint" and a moderate charge for cleaning fees. I cleaned my apartment scrupulously before move-out, so I was beyond shocked that I received charges. They sent me photos of "messy areas" in my apartment that they had to send in cleaners to fix. The photos clearly showed that I had cleaned the area (hello, swipes from a cleaning cloth!), but they claimed that I left "black" grease on the oven window (I used my oven maybe 3 times in living there), "grease and crumbs" on the stovetop (okay, there were literally 5 crumbs on the stovetop...but sadly their photos showed no grease), and a "black tub". Their photos did manage to show a dark tinge to the tub, but considering they were 8 feet away, that is understandable considering any camera will make something look dark from 8 feet away. I figure this company is probably better than most of them out there, but they still suck.
