Know what you are signing when moving into place, there were so many small details that ended up really ruining this place. The management team is kind of a joke - Matt was/Is an intern and can never do his job properly while Cat is the manager and will never let you get a word in if you ever have to call her about an issue (there will be an issue) and loves to tell you what you want to hear so that you get off the phone. Some things I learned apon moving in: Add an extra $150 - $250 on top of your rent for community utilities, on top of your own utility bills. AC is included in this as well as outrageous pricing for water, pest control, parking, trash, sewer, admin fees, and a few others. They claim they have no say in any of this but the bill you receive directly from Conservice does not match the amounts given to the office, so if you end up paying what Conservice claims you owe you will be paying more, apparently. Roaches galore despite "pest control" coming and literally spraying chemicals INSIDE your apartment. They are coming through the door and tub. Expect communication to be at a bare minimum and for random notes to be taped on your door. You have to give a two month notice and it's somewhere around $2300 for a lease break, they also demand a two month notice at the end of your lease. Expect to see homeless walking around the place and going through trash and going to the bathroom behind the dumpsters. Expect workers of every kind to be blockong your car in/making noise starting at 7am and gone by about 4. Their stuff is also taking over the unassigned parking area so there is virtually zero space for guests/extra cars. Expect zero security and no available managers after office hours or at night. Have an issue with a loud neighbor on a Saturday night? Well they'll be sure to get that email/phone call on 9am Monday. There is zero drainage in the parking lot,

Horrible, not worth the price. Do not move to these apartments, the new management claims they are fixing it, but all they are doing is putting in new windows, painting over old rotted wood, if you look carefully you will see the rotted wood that is falling apart, and adding new appliances. They can't fix the plumbing even if they try because it is not being replaced and it is very old. They fix something and it will break down again. The air in the laundry room has not worked for over a year, the machines are not taken care of, they are nasty, and the payment machine works when it wants to. The pool area looks terrible because they put in some cheap chairs, they used to have nice ones, and to they have been working on it for a while and not done. Internet by the pool that used to work doesn't work like before. If you are going to pay for an expensive apartment then get your money's worth and rent a newer apartment that is worth the price.
