Reported an HVAC emergency first thing in the am what do u know it's 9pm at night and although they brought a portable which currently reads 90, unacceptable! I have a disabled senior adult, child and pet in the apt. You'd think they'd care! Will be reporting to the proper authority...

Love the area, the turnover for the property manager was a bit much and the male leasing agent was very slow and seemed to be unsure of what he was doing. Actually moved out last December.

Bright attention to the front desk as well as my ISP that my speeds were extremely slow. My ISP notified me the issue was with the configuration of the building. When I notified the front desk, they assured me a tech would fix it. I've been through this run around 3-5 times over the course of the entire year and it was never fixed. I wouldn't be surprised if it never does.

The kids that live here are never watched by an adult they run around make noise create huge piles of trash and never clean up or have supervision
