The staff is amazing. It's really nice that they remember my name and apartment number. I receive notifications promptly (water shut off, fire alarm testing) and they have exceeded my expectations when I submit a maintenance request. My request are completed within two days. Beware of the spiders, they are everywhere and I get bitten using the stairs. My water isn't clear, it's cloudy and kills my plants.
