The staff is great
The Management and Maintenance staff are courteous and quick to respond. Grounds are maintained and kept clean.
There isn't anything outstanding here. The apartments are a nice size, but there's nothing for the kids. There is a large dirt area between sections 1 and 2 and it would be awesome if that was renovated to have BBQ and sitting areas, as well as a playground for the kids. It would keep these kids out of the parking lot which would make it a lot safer for everyone involved. Maintenence takes quite a while, and often times the front office looses or says the request was never entered.
Apartments are old and poorly kept.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From Loop 101 exit Olive Ave and head east to 67th Ave. Turn right (South), head to Butler and turn right (West). We are the second community on the right hand side. Our office faces Butler.
