Great place to live! Location is close to all types of shopping. Extras in the apt. such as crown molding, beautiful kitchens, accent walls, heated pool, workout room and much more. Maintenance staff is friendly, reliable, informative and on time. Landscaping...gorgeous! Building exterior kept up. My apt. was brand new at the time of move-in. Parking and amenities, outstanding! The office staff is the best ever! Very friendly and always available for whatever my needs might be at the time.

Not the greatest experience, we needed a place while our house was being built office people were stuffy most of the time I had a guest who was challenged by someone while trying to pick up a medical package whole experience was not great we stayed 4 months and was charged for a pet I never had , they billed me For it and 5 phone calls later they removed it

We are sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding in regards to the pet fee but are happy that it was finally resolved. So I'm going on my 4th 13 month term, and I have to say, the appearance on the outside, such as the common areas (for pets), has taken a turn on the downside, the up keep is poor. I currently have two issues (multiple complaints previously), in regards to the dishwasher that doesn't work very well, and causes the GFI to trip. I was told nothing can be done about the dishwasher not cleaning, (food and soap deposits on my dishes). I would have to disagree, I've been in the apt for over 3 yrs, going on my 4th lease. Why can't you just replace the unit? It's been in here since the Apts. have been here. Also, I've asked multiple times to have the GFI looked at. Not every time I use the dishwasher, but sometimes the GFI trips, and my mini fridge, defrosts, and I come home to a lot of water, below the unit. I don't want to be responsible for water damage. Why can't this be fixed? My biggest issue is with the DW. For paying almost $1,000 a month, I expect my appliances to be in working order. It's a waste of water, if the unit doesn't work properly. I only use it once a week.

The upkeep of the complex has not been as well maintained over the course of time, but is still pleasant. It took 5+ years to replace the outdoor furnishings at the pool. Zeroscape could stand to be refreshed - rock refill, replacr dead and plants. Without increasing the rent again. The pricing is more than average, already. More efficient appliances, since the energy rates are being change. Ceck for insulation needs and leaking pipes.how about efficient windows.
