What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Peoria

My church is located nearby. Neighbors in the neighborhood are friendly. The neighborhood is family friendly.

The only thing was the price when we moved in. We've been here for 10yrs, I like that the grocery store is close by.

I like that it's a community and the fact that people own their homes. I like that there are so many stores nearby to shop.

The street I live on is quieter compared to other areas of the neighborhood. Its easy to find my home when giving directions. Close to often used businesses.

As I said earlier it is a fairly new gated senior citizens community home prices in the mid to high end level. Shopping and restaurants is in a close driving proximity to our community.

I like that it is a quiet neighborhood and the house are not on top of each other. Good scenery, and like the wildlife that comes by.
