This property used to be somewhere I was proud to live. Now you have garbage, clothing, shoes, skateboards, bikes, cardboard and misc items all over the complex that the kids play with. There is a serious problem with dog poop as well as they do not follow breed restrictions as they state on the website or in the lease. The office staff is condescending, unhelpful and gives more attention to prospective tenants. than current tenants. (Watch out new tenants, they won't take care of you for long!) Maintenance and repairs will take at least 6 weeks, unless you call the after hours line and it is emergent to them. Put your money to better use at another property.

The office staff lacks any remote possibility of customer service as well as being completely disorganized. We had a broken dryer that never got fixed so finally my husband fixed it and then a few weeks later they called to ask if we knew if someone had been out there to fix it? Seriously thats your job and no, no they didnt. The propert itself is in rapid decline and the amenities offered either arent what they said or severely lacking in amenity qualifications.

This apartment complex is outright terrible. They have no idea how to take care of their residents! They hit you with surprise charges, increase rent and other things without any warning. The staff is incompetent and has no idea what they are talking about and even contradict themselves when explaining things. All they did was lie and hide things. If you are looking for a nice place to live, this is not it
