I moved to this complex 3 months ago and I regret coming to this community. Overall the complex looks appealing, and they are very responsive when you are a prospective tenant but once you sign the lease all of that stops. Maintenace requests take days, even weeks to get a response. When I turned on my air conditioner for the first time, water began pouring out of the ductwork directly in front of my fridge, it took them 4 days to even come to the apartment to see the issue. After our first monsoon storm, my bedroom window began leaking water from the top and sides. It's clear that the window frame isn't sealed properly. It's been 3 days and after numerous messages and speaking to the staff in the office, no one has even come by to inspect the water damage. How can maintenance prioritize their requests for service if they don't inspect each of the issues? In June of this year, they overcharged me on my rent, after numerous requests in writing to have the error fixed and speaking to the staff, they are still ignoring me and refuse to respond. They make a lot of excuses and refuse to take any accountability for their lack of service. The animosity of many of the tenants towards the staff is continuing to grow with each issue. I'm already searching for a new apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

It's peaceful. Quiet too, and you feel comfortable. The way the respond to messages or maintance requests could be better.
Upon departure of the apartment I made sure to do a good job cleaning and making sure it was a nice turn over for them about a month after leaving I received a bill for around 350.00 I had fees for cleaning 75.00 because I had a "sticky floor" and replacing blinds that I attempted to get fixed multiple times while living in the apartment. I always paid rent in time if not early and never caused a problem. The apartments are outfitted with cheap junk that they will charge top dollar for when you leave! I attempted to dispute charges but they won't budge. I've lived in multiple other apartments and never had this problem. Remember when you move in to picture absolutely everything because the one thing you miss they will burn you on! The office ladies were always very stuck up and did not seem to understand their job as well. Also the place is full of tweakers and roaches.
the people who work here are very nice and professional. the management needs to improve when it comes to maintenance and the cleanliness of apartments when you first move in. when i first moved in the people who work in office are so nice, then when you move in you feel less important as if your just a number to them,
