    Avoid this place like the plague! They change property management companies/personnel constantly, and then don't 'honor' any previous management commitments. I lived there for nine years until I was told my unit was to be completely remodeled and had to move out by June this year. "No need to do any significant cleaning, as we are going to re-do everything", so I was told. Now, one month later and a NEW management team in place, their declining to refund my deposits because "I didn't clean up properly"! Lesson Learned: IF you do move here, get everything they agree to do for you 'in writing'. Better yet, just find somewhere else to live. (how sad for only a $250 deposit, right?)

    READ REVIEWS OF RESIDENTS NOT APPLICANTS 7/2023: Today sub contractors opened my apartment at some hour of the morning, left my apartment unlocked and came back trying to open the door while I was laying on my couch. The lighting between and around units regularly stops working. It has worked for cumulatively 1 week for the last 6 months. 4/2023: currently have a bandaid fix (that I had to ask for) on my only shower and no AC. On top of this, my shower broke last week and I have not had an update on when the vender would be coming to get it fixed. The temporary fix is already losing its stability. The person I spoke to last week about this was dismissive and rude about the issue. My recommendation for anyone moving in is be ready to fix things yourself. Do not expect to receive responses or updates from the office or maintenance. A majority of them will belittle you for asking for basic fixes and necessities in your own home. 5/2022 I have had a fridge delivery scheduled multiple times that I eventually gave up on getting it. I was promised a new drawer for my fridge as mine is broken, have also given up on that. These things in my opinion are forgivable and not much of a big deal. I have animals that need to be removed from the apartment due to fumes being toxic for them and the contractor refuses to work with me on times that this will happen and insists I board them for the next 4 weeks (out of 11 total) that this is being done. They have since stopped responding to my questions of speaking to someone else or getting a timeline. I have missed time at work, displaced me and my animals for nothing as the painter has not touched my building. He told me to remove them Friday and I did only to have them not touch my place. The doors are not completely sealed and in a last ditch effort I requested that be fixed to hopefully make it easier on me with my animals and prevent the fumes from getting in my place - no response.

    this complex has been okay to live in for a number of years for me until the THE RISE took over management seems they have no ideal run the complex except to rent out new apartments first and foremost there is absolutely no parking here EVERYBODY WITH A LEASE IS ASSIGN A RESERVE PARKING PLACE BEEN THIS WAY FOR YEARS NOW IT IS A FREE FOR ALL ANYBODY CAN PARK WHERE EVER RESIDENTS BEEN TOLD BY MANAGEMENT WE ARE FIXING THE ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN MONTHS STILL NO NUMBERS ARE PARKING SLOTS AND TO TOP IT OFF MY NEW LEASE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MY CAR OR PARKING SLOT ON IT BUT YET WE BEING CHARGE FOR PARKING ABD NOTHING IS BEING REPAIRED ON THE GROUNDS AND LAST TIME I CALLED OFFICE I WAS STRIGHT OUT HUNG UP ON THIS NEW MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING BUT MADE EVERYTHING WORSE SO CORPORATE HERE I COME.

    It is really ashamed at what apartment life has been in Mesa Az and these were once called Indian Springs Apartments, they had of non-working appliances, and would you not even bring one in for your own, The staff disapeared all the time even though you needed to have conversations with them . I spent three years and paid even throughthe pandemic on time as was still treated very badly like i had done something wrong, not really a pest control problrm but i put out alot of bait for the nasty critters

    This place has been great for me and my fianc!! We been here for a year and a half. Everytime we made a work order it got done no later than 2 days.. The office staff has been awesome to work with. Alexa has handled all of my concerns and addressed my needs.. The dog park is a plus as well!
