Rise at Dobson Ranch

Terrible complex horrible parking, buildings are at least 50 years old nothing works properly, window's and doors are hard to open, plumbing and Air conditioning and washer and dryers are all worn out, They rent to anyone lowest of the low, cars speed through the parking lot at night windows down music loud waking up the tenants, police ar here on a regular basis, people let the dogs out at night and poop everywhere, unsupervised kids throw rocks at the cars, my rental car got hit twice in one week, management is obvious to everything after you sign the lease, save yourself a lot off headaches and don't rent here

The office staff was often times rude, parking was horrible, and we had cockroaches infesting the apartment the entire 12 months that we lived here.

THE STANDARD AT DOBSON SPRINGS. NEW NAME. FORMERLY DOBSON SPRINGS. Trash is thrown in the hallways, tenants move in and bring in other family members, Fighting, maintenance is non existent (it takes 3 or 4 calls out to the apartment to fix a problem). Roach problems, and if you request a bug spray, you are interrogated as to WHY you need it done. Dog Feces in the hallways. Property Management non existent. Ghetto Environment. Police issues every once in a while, a suspect was taken into custody about a week ago, and the family of suspect continues to live there. This apartment is not for a prospective tenant looking for upscale living. If you don't mind a ghetto lifestyle, this apartment is for you.
