Staff is great at indian springs they go above and beyond for you. However, the cleanliness is very poor, excessive smoking is an issue here to me, and the apartments are very outdated.
Indian Springs Village is a nice community with excellent staff and superior amenities including pools, workout room and dog park. The location is convenient to bus, light rail, Banner Desert Hospital and many great places to eat.
Apartment not move in ready. Wasn t clean and appliances were damaged and broken. Staff is nice but im very disappointed that after week and half i still cant live in my apartment. But the staff is trying to rectify the situation so i give them credit for that.
Great community. Great staff.
Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on outside, next to you, and above you. Leasing office staff is rude and not helpful, and they will make it clear that they don't care if their residents stay or go as long as they get your money. The apartments aren't the cleanest, but they're not filthy either. Your parking spot most likely won't be by your apartment. And don't even think about calling the leasing office because they will not answer the phone and if you call back to back they'll pick up and hang up.
Pros: open floor plan which allowed for lots of natural light, the new pools are nice, reasonable rent, online payments, maintenance is pretty prompt, close to food places and the highway.
Cons: parking sucks, there's a chance you may not receive your packages so check with the office and keep up with your tracking number (happened to me twice), office staff lies and is shady, laundry facilities are filthy, you have to pay to use the gym, and you'll never know what your rent will be because your water/sewer/trash is never the same.
My experience: wasn't all bad until the end. They have me the runaround when putting in my move out notice then tried to say I didn't give proper notice. I tried calling GreyStar for hours and never got an answer so I drove out there and spoke with someone and never heard back from them. Later the same day the office called and we came to an agreement. No thanx to greystar corporate. A week later the lady at greystar said she was out of the office that's why I hadn't heard from anyone. How convenient. Once I moved out I received a bill they sent to collections without even speaking with me first for over $100 for a housekeeping and cleaning fee, and water bill which I paid and have documentation. They gave me one parking spot then gave me another basically around the corner from my apartment saying the first one was someone else's.
Also the office asks tenants to remove negative comments.
