all of the negativity that people write on here is because they are the ones that do that if you work with the right leasing agent like Gloria and Angel you would have a great experience with them I would know I've been working with Angel or almost 6 months now and everything that I requested has been done. Angel has helped with so for you to say that there is bad reputation it's you who gave a bad reputation. yes I will admit there is a person or two in there that are very rude and should have better training to be a leasing agent but if you get like I said you get the right one you get a great experience and for those who say that the tenants don't pick up after their animals you must have been on the crackhead inside of the building because everybody picks up after their animals and never once do I have any issues with any of the other tenants there they pick up they clean up and everything is good to go.

If I could deter people from living here I would, if you are looking to find something quick and cheap this is your place. Staff is extremely rude and have no regards for the tenants. I have a broken window since I moved in and that was December 2017, all they did was put some window clips and said ''just don't open the window'' I have had roaches in the apartment, nothing works, I have refrigerator problems, I don't use my dishwasher it smells like sewage water, the garbage disposal is out of commission since I moved in. I have complained about the neighbors that move in and have domestic violence issues daily, loud barking dogs in the middle of the night. The lady that lives next door her apartment smells like cat pee and it seeps through my walls, there is no glade plug in, candle, or spray in the world that gets rid or even masks the odor. The tenants never pick up after their pets so be prepared to step in poop daily. The cops are there if not nightly then weekly, people sell drugs right out of their apartment and management disregards the safety of the community. It has gotten worse this year. There are kids that run the complex with no supervision, throwing rocks and just making a mess. The pool is disgusting, hardly ever cleaned and when they do they just throw in massive amounts of chlorine and call it a day. The pictures of the complex look very deceiving so please believe the reviews they are accurate to a T. I have nothing good to say about this place other than it is close to my job. I am not going to renew my lease. Take a walk around and look at the types of people that live here, ghetto and classless.

Please be aware water and trash is not included in your total rent that is written up on your lease . You will recieve a bill from the complex average bill for a 2 bedroom is 85 that is added to your rent above and beyond the amount on the lease.

We're sad to see you hold such a low perception of our community. Our staff prides itself on being transparent in all communications, especially those involving potential fees and charges - all of which are outlined in the lease. You'll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for utilities to slightly increase the overall monthly cost of renting a home. Office staff is extremely rude. Most Maintenance requests must be done multiple times. They made a major change to my Lease without notifying me at all, then out of the blue stuck a note on my door with $300 in late fees. I'm sure that is illegal. I should have taken them to court.

Management was not very good. Apartment was remodeled before I moved in. Within 6 months it was apparent it was done cheaply and not to standard . rent fluctuates due to water bill being shared by all.
