Central on Broadway is so professional and complete with their presentation. Showing the apartments and over all management caring about you needs.
I would highly recommend them to my friends
A lot of cockroaches in the apartments, when getting out, management too arrogant and don't want to give back deposit, will look for means to take the deposit by saying you did this and that. This apartment are not an option for your money
This place is turning in to a slum. It use to be a decent place to live, but over the past year it's become a real dump. Clogged sewers, never actually fixing the problem, just doing what's necessary to get it flowing again. Then a few weeks later, it all starts again. The property is no longer maintained and dog feces and trash all around the buildings in the back half of the property. Just a ridiculous lack of maintenance and management.
Went in to ask about apartments availble and front desk girls were very rude
I've lived here before, it was my first owned apartment. It is close to the freeway and to shopping centers. What I liked about this place, was the fact that everybody minded their own business for the most part. You can choose to greet your neighbors or keep it pushing. The parking can be a bit of a hassle if you work late nights, sometimes the neighboring apartments would use the parking lot. So, people who work at Broadway may or may not check and ask if you live there.(I was confronted and threaten if I didn't live there, I'd be towed.) Hit or miss on that one. There's been a couple crime incidents, where one was a police raid and another a stabbing incident. Both happened at night. Mind your own business, it'd be easy to go home. There are some problems with the fixtures. My place had mold, the dry wall was wet coming from upstairs and affected the downstairs neighbors. And yes, there are roaches. But that could be maintained if clean apartment. Especially from the dish washer. And the place is runned by Srp. My advice is to really budget your air condition system. I'd pay roughly between $140 to $200 a month for Srp. If you need place to stay that's quiet and don't want to be bothered by others, here's the place for it. Good luck!
