I am a former resident of park shadows. I lived in both the two and three bedroom units. Although the prices have gone up and are on the steep side, I miss living there all the time I tell my boyfriend how bad I want to move back there. I enjoyed the woodsy feel of the place. Its truly like no other. My one complaint would have to be the management at that time. I paid my rent in advance for the eight months I had remaining on my lease, and when the time came to renew I needed a little more time to get the rent together and they threw all of my stuff outside in the backyard like trash
They don't like to confirm appts. Not even for video tours. I really like the look feels like living in the woodsy kinda of feeling..just wish someone could've answered me for a tour.
they look like low income housing on the outside which is strange if they are not and the prices are too high for the sq footage , continuing the trend of raising rents past the rate of income growth in the phoenix metro . Although the arwa and grounds are very nice ! the rent should be lower .
