Evolution at Estrella Falls

I love living here! Everything about this apartment complex is great! Down to the amenities, such as the gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and all that have available to the residents here! Theres always festivals and events going on especially during holidays for both kids and adults! Its family friendly and young adult friendly. Not to mention but the staff are very helpful, welcoming, and friendly as well!

Its my fifth month here in this community and couldnt love it here more. Great staff with great amenities, Kelsey in particular is awesome with all the efforts she puts in to enhance residents living experience.

I do not recommend moving into this place. Management is hard to get ahold of and is never around. Also, wont deal with your problems unless shes here at our complex which is annoying. We have been complaining for a month about people around us smoking and our apartment smells like cigarettes and we have been having to keep the windows open to keep it aired out since its gotten cooler out. Also, we find cigarette butts out on our balcony. We have been nothing but helpful, understanding, and cooperative working on getting this resolved. Weve asked about leaving and the manager will not discuss it with us and has to check with corporate if they will let us out even though in the contract It implies we can leave if someone is smoking and not pay to get out of the contract. We were very hopeful we would be happy here and love it but unfortunately this place does not care about their tenants.

Management is horrible, office staff horrible, they never answer their phones, rarely respond to email. Never give straight answers, young ladies in office are all sweet before you move in then act like you're a huge inconvenience once you're a resident. There's no parking for guests other than the street. Very loud cars racing through at all hours, residents talking, laughing on their patios and balconies late into the night. If you call security you get served a 10 day notice, throat of eviction. Dogs barking continously all day long. You can hear every step your above neighbors take including their conversations, tvs, music. It's like living in a busy hotel that allows pets. No such thing as luxury or peace.

Honestly cant wait to move out. They are rude, dont answer phone calls, and are uncooperative with residents on anything. We already looked at apartments managed by the previous company for these reasons. There are stray cats all over the community that they claim they cant do anything about, but they are upset when dogs bark at them. Its ridiculous. Cant wait to move out of this place its gone way down hill.

My fiancé and I have been looking for a place to rent and I think we have found it! We really love the location especially since we both work in the area. Best of all it is a service pet friendly complex, that is a big plus for us! After speaking with Dayana, we are very clear and sure that we want to move to this apartments as soon as our lease expires at our current apartments. Dayana and all of her staff made us feel welcome and also made us aware of all the amenities available, we can’t wait until we move here!

my girlfriend and I just moved in to evolution not to long ago The apartments are modern and spacious and we love it . The pool is so nice along with fun activities to do with friends and family in the facilities.There are a lot of things you can do around here. I really recommend this place💯

I fell in love with these apartments at first sight. I love the amenities they have to offer. I feel like not a lot of apartments offer all of these amenities. What also made me really wanna become a part of this community is the Office is really friendly and they make you feel welcome the moment you come in. My leasing agent was Kelly and she is a five out of five!! I felt comfortable and confident to ask her any question.

Dayana the manager was so nice, gave me a tour and then came back later with my boyfriend and she gave us another tour for him to see the community as well! She explained pricing and everything that was needed to know. Made the whole move in so easy!
