fantastic ! you can rent an entire town home for what you could be paying on a mortgage , the choice is yours or move to IOWA where a middle class person can still afford to live . If you are in transition and have plenty of money , a large family and are waiting on a house this is the place ! nice looking complex .
Our only complaints would be neighbors with loud motorcycles and residents not picking up their dog waste and garbage.
this place is so expensive, $1500 for rent is crazy. Rent a house for sure. If you have a west facing apartment good luck with getting woken up by the landscapers and employees from the adjacent buildings. Pool is so basic. Lastly, you are allowed pets there, however noone picks up after their pet. its disturbing.
Anyone moving out.. I have waited 2 months for any refund from my down deposit and all I get is " oh, i need to contact corporate office"
Wont recommend to anyone
Sandy (I believe that is her name) is absolutely horrible. I had been running late due to physical ailments and refused to take my rent late. I wouldn't EVER refer this place to anybody. It's sad as I loved my home so much.
Well I've lived at steal commonings for 6 yrs. Payed on time never started up anything. Minded my own business.
