ROACHES!! Do not live here! The place is full of them. The management doesn't care that there are roaches and refuses to acknowledge the problem even with evidence. They asked me to provide samples and even after I gave them a bag of roaches and photos they said it wasn't an issue. Would give it a zero if possible.
The price was the reason I moved in. It was also fairly well kept. I always paid my rent on time. I lived there for a year and never had issues until I moved out. They charged me $25 for a missing key even though I did turn it in, but it was a day late. Aren't keys about $3 ? Then they charged me $75 to repair about 3 small nails holes in the wall. A tub of Spackle runs $5. They charged for repainting which they would do anyway after someone has occupied the apt for a year. There were a few other charges as well to the point where we tried to reason with them about the absurdity of the excessive fees but they didn't budge. How sad because I will now discourage others from living there.
The mgt is horrible. Been here 2 years and can't wait to get out.
I have lived there pretty much my entire life and I can not explain how great it was living there! The employees were and are still very nice and professional! It has always been clean (that was until they allowed pets. ) now that they allowed pets, it started getting a bit dirty (not the employees fault...I blame the dog owners fully) I think that if they went back to the "no pet" policy, that would take care of the problem. The whole dog poo everywhere is the only downfall. Otherwise, like I said employees are still great people and the maintenance always got work orders done in a timely manner! This is why I will be moving back in a few years....sooner if Im lucky :) my kids would have a kick butt time celebrating the return :)
