The noise from my neighbors constantly playing music is so infuriating, but what makes it worse is that management doesn't seem to care at all

Apartment looked like it was from the 09s, it had so many things wrong with it and they never i Fixed the issue. Neighbor was rude and complained about everything. Thank God we're out of there.

Honestly, we lived here for two years and the experience was mediocre throughout. They would overcharge us, I would tell them, they would tell me "it's all okay, don't worry about it," and then overcharge me again. It got to 540$ before I had to go in and demand return. They took 6 months to fix my dishwasher, and again, I had to basically demand and wait for them. They made so many small mistakes, like forgetting to send leases or turn on our internet. The office also started charging us for internet without telling us, causing us to pay double for a month. The leasing office told us on the phone that we had to send letter to leave the apartment 30 days in advance, but posted a piece of paper on our door saying 60 days, and we didn't see it. So we have to pay an extra month of rent while we aren't living here. The apartment is old and a lot of money for such limited space. Honestly, I don't recommend it unless you're desperate.

The apartment is maintained a couple things need attention. Painting on the outside needs some attention. Was told internet was included and it is not. Asked maintenance to fix drawer under oven and was told that is is just that way. So whenever you open the door it goes off track. This may sound petty to you but when you pay the rent you want things to work properly.
