Management is extremely unprofessional. The place is not in a great neighborhood. Prices of rooms here are as expensive as are ones elsewhere.

I have had nothing but a great experience living here. Having my own bathroom and the way management helped find roommates that fit well with my likes was so helpful.. Like the feel of small complex in quiet neighborhood

I moved into Wavertree after living in the NAU dorms. I ended up staying for 5 years! It was great to have one set payment each month, which made budgeting so much easier for me. I didn't have to worry about getting the electric or gas bill in my own name and I didn't have to collect money from my roommates either. I made a lot of good friends, but still could escape to my own room for privacy or studying. The people here are so nice- and I could go to Paul (the manager) for anything, including repairs or when I locked myself out. It was great to have one person to go to when I needed something or had a question. After living in the dorms, having my own bathroom was a huge plus too! Its a great place for first-time renters!

Management is a joke, no customer service or emegency maintence. The rooms contain mold
