I have lived at Trailside for over a year now I did rrenew my lease this year again. I absolutely love it here dont believe all the negative reviews that you see on the Internet the spa is always working. Yes they do close it for maintenance and cleaning which I would assume everyone that lives here would appreciate that. The new manager Auvry has been here since I think fall and she is fantastic, super sweet attentive and helpful. As far as the build itself this property I was built during a pandemic and it seems to be going really well despite what was going on in the world they moved me in yes I was put in a hotel as well over all, they did pay for our hotels!! Ive loved living here. Definitely great spot to live, clean over all community. Wish people would follow trash rules, not over full the dumpsters! Over all I cant wait to fill another year living here. Thank you Trailside staff !

Living here has been a great experience. We love our apartment and the view is great! We noticed bills are not as high in cost due to the building structure and front doors being in side secured breezeway and double pane windows along with great isolation. Amenities are great and over all neighbors are pretty quite. Open parking and garages are a perfect add on. Property if very pet friendly with walking trails surrounding it.

We will never rent from the company managing these facilities again. 6th apartment manager since the places opened. No ability to recognize the faults of their staff, constructions and pricing. We had to be put in a hotel for 3 weeks because the construction was incomplete for our initial move in. Followed by flooding of our apartment within the first week of being present in the brane new building. Then our facilities and water would not work for weeks followed by feces flooding our complex hallways and apartment. We still have no laundry room door or screens - due to "backorder" really? we are 20 months into our lease why would you rent unfinished apartments to people.
