Lived in highland for my senior year, management was greatly accommodating and helpful, any issues or service needed was handled in a timely manner.

Can't recommend these guys enough! Let me tell you why. I recently moved out of Highland after a year and a half due to moving away from Flagstaff. During the move out process, I was verbally assured by an employee that I would not be charged a certain fee. After having settled into my new city, I received a letter from Highland stating that my security deposit was being withheld and I would in fact be getting charged extra-all to pay the fee that I was told I would not be charged. (Honest mix-up, these things happen) I had no proof whatsoever of what the employee had told me. I alerted them to the situation, and they IMMEDIATELY said that while they didn't have a record of it, they would honor what their employee told me and I could expect my deposit back shortly. Let me emphasize this-an apartment complex had an easy opportunity to make almost an extra $400 off an ex-tenant with no hassle, no recourse for me, and no expectation that they would ever get me back as a customer. They never even considered that, and promptly honored their word. I've lived in many different complexes, and they almost always were looking to squeeze you for every dime they could. Highland actually wanted to do right by me, and in this day and age, that's to be applauded. On top of this, the complex is clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff, from the maintenance folks to the property manager, are all kind and very accommodating. I never had an issue with delays, repairs, or problems. They just worked to make your experience there a good one. Not to mention they're one of the more affordable places in Flag. I really can't recommend Highland enough! They'll treat you right.

I love highland everyone is so nice who works there and the apartments are very spacious and comfy.

Moved in to an extremely messy and disgusting apartment left by the previous tenants and the complex refused to clean it unless I, the brand new tenant, would pay for it. They should have cared enough to make the apartment look nice for a new tenant. Highly do not reccomend living here.
