I have lived at Country Club Vista for five years. Nobody that lives here stays once their one year lease is up. Many of my neighbors broke their leases and moved early because they were so unhappy living here. But don't take my word for it, come and tour their "Beautiful Apartment Community" If you care about the environment, take note of their 30+ year old air conditioners. They are extremely worn and ugly. Not only will your heating and cooling utility bills be enormous, I can't even imagine the pollution that they are emitting into the air. Let's talk about the apartments. I had to move from one apartment to another apartment because of their remodeling. The two words that now come to mind is fake and cheap. The "wood" floors are fake. All the appliances are the whitest cheapest you can buy. And don't think that your rent will be reasonable. They are charging $1,300+ for a one bedroom that is NOTHING special. Many people live here because the DO allow pets. But I pity you if you happen to be the unfortunately soul that lives next to someone who leaves their dog home all day, alone. Constant barking, crying and wining is what you will hear because the walls (and ESPECIALLY THE FLOORING) are so bad and so thin. As that dog runs around above you, it will sound like a horse. (and I am not exaggerating)

We have been living at Country Club Vista Apartments for 2 weeks now. We love it here! The management and staff are wonderful and friendly, as are the maintenance. Our dishwasher wasn't working when we moved in, but with just one phone call, Justin & Colby were here to check it out, and replaced the unit with a new one. Everything is so clean here! It is nice to go to sleep at night and feel secure at last! WE ARE HOME!
