Overall, I have enjoyed living @ THE COOPER 202! Parking can be an issue, & the 2 bdrm units are very small, for the amount of rent they charge, but the office staff are the MOST PERSONABLE, HELPFUL, & PLEASANT PEOPLE, & the amenities this complex offers, makes up for a little of the aggrivation that you need to go through, as far as the parking situation, & (if you are a NON SMOKING family like mine) the SMOKING ALLOWED ON PREMISES. The rental rate is on the higher end, but they are very understandable here, if you need to be late a few days paying it, but I wouldn't advise being late on rent more than that, because they charge $10/per day late. Besides this, it is a secure, safe, very friendly complex to reside with you, & your family! They are very accepting, & pleasant here @ THE COOPER 202 in my family's, & my experience!!! :-)

The cooper 202 is a beautiful place to live clean at all times office restrooms gym etc. smells good Staff members and maintenance are pleasant Any issues tha may occur is taken care of

The Cooper 202 is a wonderful atmosphere full of great amenities, including the pool and dog park area which are fantastic. The appliances in the unit are stainless steel and their is no shortage of space. The layout of the rooms make it easy to maximize space, and the warm paint colors make it feel like home.
