I recently moved from Hohokam Villas and living there was the best rental experience I have ever had. I lived there for 3 1/2 years and only moved 30 miles away to be closer to my kids and grandkids. Ann is professional, kind and provides a level of customer service that is hard to find. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It is a very quiet complex with easy access to the 101. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. I recommend Hohokam Villas to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment complex with a manager that truly cares about the tenants
