This place is terrible, dirty, expensive, roaches, and the management team is dreadful!! Run as fast as you can. And make sure you do a 60 day notice in writing they WILL screw you for another month when you're trying to leave this awful mistake.
Constant water issues and now raw sewage is bubbling up in my unit. These issues have been going on for more than a year. There is something major up with this complex regarding plumbing and now sewers. Poor communication/no communication from the office on fixes or notice of water turn off. Then they have the gall to charge an extra HOA fee into my lease. Yikes, don't rent here!
We have been having problems with bees at our apartment for almost six months. We had a hive outside the 2nd floor window that we reported to management in the spring. They sprayed the hive with water knocking it down and covering the patio area with dead bees. Unfortunately, they refused to have a bee specialist come handle the situation and insisted that their pest control company could handle it.
We started having bees show up inside the apartment about three months ago. It was occasional at first. One or two dead bees a week initially. Then we saw one or two dead bees a day. We called management and they said the pest company didn't see any bees outside so we must not have a problem. We have had them spray inside the apartment now multiple times with the following results:
After the most recent treatment, I came home from work to find 50-100 dead bees in the apartment. There were piles of them in the kitchen. There were dead bees in the washing machine. There were dead bees in the downstairs bathroom. There were dead bees in the living room. There were dead bees in the sealed light fixtures. I sent photos to management and they finally acknowledged that the pest control wasn't working and had them come out and treat it again.
That was two weeks ago. We had about one week with no bees but they have started coming back in the last week. We find dead and dying bees when we get home from work at night and again when we wake up in the morning. It was only a few a day the first three days but today we had 10 from last night and 15 this afternoon. The manager has stopped responding to my emails about this issue. When I talked to the staff in the office, they said the pest control didn't see any bees outside the apartment so they don't think there's a problem.
Thank god our lease is up and we are moving out. The management company is incompetent and does not respond to tenant complaints in a timely or effective manner.
I had had problems before with getting things taken care of . This new manager Michelle and Asst Manager has been very shocking to me they are finally going to get things done. I have been here 7 years and this 2 managers have made a great change in my opinion of the complex from a 1 to a 10 if 10 would be allowed . Thanks again Michelle and Shawnelle awesome job
Nice community, very great staff.
