Mckinley Tower Apartments

McKinley Towers is the worst apartment building I have ever stayed in. There was a flood in our apt due to a pipe bursting in June. My family had to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks. Its 5 months later and we still dont have all of our money back. We have written to Lael but still no resolution. Its unbelievable to me given we consistently pay our rent on time (even when we were in a hotel for 3 weeks). I recognize that maintenance events happen, but the response has been abysmal. Lael simply wont do the right thing. When I speak with other residents, the sentiment is the same. Everything is awful. Aside from being out of pocket thousands of dollars, there are so many other disappointments. To give you a sense of other challenges: 1 - Internet - I used to work from home and the internet would always go down. 2 - Cleanliness - This building is absolutely filthy. 3 - Power outages - There were constant power outages 4 - The manager, Lael, is very disrespectful. 5 - Maintenance - It took 5 days and 2 follow-up emails to get the water fixed in our refrigerator. I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled given our experience with McKinley Tower Apartments
