The office staff is very friendly. They know who I am by name which is great since there are so many people that live in the apartment complex. Its great that they take the time to know their residents.

Water bill is the whole building you live in divided by the area your apartment takes up. If your neighbor, like mine did, runs the washer daily at 6am with paper thin walls, expect to wake up early and get an unreasonable water bill! The water was shut off at least a dozen times in the 10 months I lived there, usually with no notice and when I needed to shower before work. If you like roaches you'll love these apartments!!!

Thank you for this review. Our water bills are split to provide the most economical solution for our residents. We apologize for the water issues you experienced. During 2016 and early 2017, we serviced many of our water lines. We gladly report no water outages in nearly a year. We offer pest control every Wednesday by request, and would be happy to add your apartment to our list for immediate service. I love Love Love our new apartment. The community is clean. People are always out walking or walking their pets. The staff is super friendly. I can't say I can complain about anything. Looking forward to a great year of being here.

I lived there for 2 years and moved out of state for work. When I moved back I went back to Grand Highlands. I just adored my apartments and all the woods.
