      Lived here for two years until my arthritis made the steps a challenge. But I have got to say, great place! First, staff was excellent. Family owned and you could tell. Things got fixed very quickly. Space - larger than most everything in the area and great price. Really quiet area and never had any issues with breaking ins, crime, nothing bad in my 2 years. Super safe feel to the area.. and I walked in the early morning and late evenings. Would definitely recommend people to reach out and see what they have available.

      Weve lived at Dewberry Downs for many years. We can live any where we want, but we really like it here. The community is peaceful and safe with good neighbors. The staff is, without exception, available, friendly and helpful. Any maintenance / repairs were resolved quickly and professionally. Dewberry Downs reflects the pride and care of family ownership.

      Animals in the attic for 4 months and the property manager has not removed it yet!!! Yes there is an animal in my daughters townhouse attic scratching and biting thru the ceiling. The property manager is doing nothing!!! Pathetic!!!! 4 months!!!!

      I pay in cash every month and I have never had a problem with the manager, Chrisitine. CASH is WELCOMED AT DEWBERRY DOWNS. You won't find a better place to live, Dewberry Downs is absolutely the best. The reviews I've read are completely rude and so untrue. Call Christine, Jack or Richard, you'll hear first hand how they LOVE and respect everyone. You will never find a place who treats you like a "PERSON" and not just a no (unit). If you want to do your homework drive around and knock on any of our doors and ask "how" WE feel about living here. MAINTENANCE is TOP KNOTCH! I have never experienced maintenance walking in unannounced. The privacy and location is perfect. Trust me, you wont find a better place to live then the DOWNS.
