This place is beautiful and the staff members and manager are extremely helpful!

So many things wrong with this place I dont even know where to start. We scheduled our move in with a lady at the front office (Brittany), we drove all the way from New York to Valley, Al only to get to the apartments and no one was there to give us our keys to the apartment. We are stuck outside with a uhual and 2 young children after a 16 hour car ride. No one from the apartments answered our calls we had to find a way in to the apartment ourselves then finally the front office lady called us saying she had forgot!!!! So we get in the apartment, it looks nice but then right in the living room there is a 3ft around stain right in the middle of the carpet. Living there was fine for about 3 months then we get a letter taped to our door saying we owe $60 from when we moved in for an application fee!! Ok so at move in we were told we were good to move in and clear then handed our keys so how 3 months later do we owe a $60 application fee???!??? The property manager is the worst and says she takes no responsibility for what her employees do, therefore the one that gave us our keys at move in was wrong and 3 months later they just now noticed it and we need to give them $60! Next thing is they are so poorly organized they didnt know who paid for garages and decided to tape a memo to the garages saying they dont know who uses them so if you dont come to the office and let them know your garage number they are going to throw out all of your stuff from the garage in a week!! Im sorry why is it the tenants fault that the apartment manager doesnt know how to keep track of paperwork? Next they have breed restrictions, but dont actually verify that youre telling the truth. We have a golden retriever and went to fill out the pet paperwork at the office, they didnt ask for shot records, a picture of her, they didnt ask for ANYTHING!! I dont have enough space to write the rest of the horrible things but just know the property managers are the worst.

Excellent staff and maintenance personnel.

The staff was so helpful with my move in. Im new to the area. They gave me a list of all the nearest restaurants and upcoming events in the area.

We love living here. The amenities are unbelievable!
