They rip students off!! Be careful. First you sign a 12 month lease but you can not move in until mid August. They try and sell you on some nonsense thats its a lump sum. Such nonsense when you give them a check you either get the key or your rent should be prorated for the number of days. If you challenge any of their Arde expense items outside of rain they Bill you $10 a day late fee. They charge each unit if there are four girls $100 to set up a power account. This is nonsenses. Where are the consumer protection attorneys and also where is the city of Tuscaloosa with this nonsense going on. There is also many issues with crime on this property. Before you ran call the Tuscaloosa police and get a listing of all the issues that this property has had in the last 12 months .

I have lived here for now 4 years and it is just and awful place to live. To be fair the location is good and the looks of the apartments aren't bad. The maintenence has come and "completed the job" but didn't do what the work order requested. They also do more inspections than I ever had to deal with living in the dorms without even a warning. When I first moved in my roommate and I had to completely clean the whole apartment and when my roommate moved out he was charge for carpet cleaning, I lived there the entire summer and the "cleaning" was them raking the carpet. I could keep going but I think the point has been made don't waste your money at this place.

The management makes living here unbearable. The people working in the office have no idea what they're doing and will tell you anything and it is never true. They try to take your money for things you should not be paying for. The apartment buildings are rarely cleaned and are dirty and disgusting. The office is brand new when they definitely should've spent that money on upgrading the actual apartments, but they don't care about their residents. Don't expect maintenance to fix anything.

The apartments themselves are great, but some recent clubhouse updates have been terribly mismanaged. When we signed our leases, we were told that our rent included 24/7 access to the business center, cafe, and gym, but all of them have been shut down for the better part of a month. A lot of that has been due to construction and updates, which I understand, but everything was completed days ago and we still don't have access to the amenities that we are paying for. We were also given no warning about this construction before it happened. They just put signs on the doors saying that the building was closed, so I was on my way into the gym when I discovered that I could no longer use it. I have a severe anxiety disorder and exercise is often the only thing that prevents my panic attacks, so having a 24/7, easily accessible gym was an important part of my decision to live here. If I had been told I would lose access to that, I would have signed somewhere else. I understand that they are creating a better space for future residents, but they are doing at the expense of those of us who currently live here, with no warning or refund.

Extremely disappointed. Daughter rented this apartment for the 16/17 school year. Move-in was difficult. Hallways and stairwells are dark and creepy. Rent was taken in person to the office each month and repeatedly the office failed to post the check for days afterwards. During that lag time multiple emails were sent out saying rent had not been paid. At the conclusion of a one year rental agreement, we continued to get email after email saying we had not paid our rent even though the rental contract had been concluded. When the apartment was cleared by the complex, my daughter was assessed over $180 for carpet cleaning, general cleaning, and a shower curtain left behind. It was outrageous. We were fined for normal wear.
