Yes I recommend Forest Trails apartments its an excellent place to live for families and Singles very well kept security on grounds maintenance punctual polite works hard to fix all issues first time office staff friendly and helpful, Professional, and knowledgeable of property and practices Great Place to live

Overall bad experience. While the staff is friendly, the management is incompetent. Prepare for your life to be disrupted with constant and unwanted renovations, done poorly.

It is convenient for my needs. I rarely make service request, but when i do they are completed immediately. The maintenance staff is friendly and hard working. Maintenance staff at most apartment complex's often give an off-putting vibe, but the two guys at the bluff are great, personable, and friendly. The front office staff are also very friendly. At first, I was disappointed that management changed, but once I got to know the new managers i realized they were all very friendly. The only reason I gave the Bluff a "good" rating, as opposed to "excellent, because the rates have gone up and continue to go up.

Living here was one of my worst experiences. The buildings are disgusting, the staff was rude, and they consistently failed to meet the expectations set out by them in the beginning.

The apartment we were supposed to move into was torn apart so we were put into another. The other apartment was NEVER cleaned before we moved in. It was gross! There were pieces of dog food all around the baseboards and even dog hair in the freezer! We asked month after month for it to be cleaned and it never was.
