Very nice apartments with great amenities. Can't beat the location - close proximity to The University of Alabama. Improvements have been made in regards to the office staff and keeping the facilities cleaner.
Run. Quickly. While it looks nice at first glance, this apartment complex quickly becomes a nightmare. The ceiling to my room was caving in, the furniture provided was falling apart at the seams, the floor was falling apart, on more than one occasion there was urine and defecation in both the elevators and the stairwells. If you do make the mistake of living here, you'll quickly find that the only thing more rotten than the stench of the stench emanating from premises is the is the management itself. They will lie and cheat you out of every penny they can. They'll make promises to your face, then dismiss them and ignore your calls. As enticing as living here seems after a tour, I promise you it isn't worth the trouble.
Nice and respect others and friendly but stays to myself and mines my own business
Apartment is very, VERY small for the price, new complex but paint chipping on walls, cheap floors etc. kitchen cabinets falling apart. Very cheaply made for what youre paying, however, pool is very nice and gym is half decent. Half equipment is broken or doesnt work, however. So if youre willing to pay twice as much as you should for a normal apartment for just a nicer pool and granite countertops, this is the complex for you!
The apartments are nice and the location is amazing. Right next to downtown and the Riverwalk. Only concern is their lack of attention to the little things. For example, the advertised photo for this property shows an enticing pool, hammocks, and grill. However the grill has been out of propane for 5 monthes (a $20 tank shouldn't be that hard to replace). They are a few small fixes away from being a great community.
