Very nice apartments with great amenities. Can't beat the location - close proximity to The University of Alabama. Improvements have been made in regards to the office staff and keeping the facilities cleaner.

My experiences have been nothing but positive.
I have had overall a good experience. I was lied too multiple times when I first moved in but, most of those people have been replaced.
I do enjoy living here because it''s quiet, remote, and so close to downtown and campus. I've been pretty satisfied while living here, but I just wish there was a bath tub, I wish there was a computer lab, and I wish there were more resident events other than a pong tournament. Also, I wish maintenance would have put in built-in curtain rods because having a large window without curtains has been frightening. Also, the price of rent is sky-high for the quality of living.
