Previous Management Company

My husband and I relocated from West Virginia back to Alabama (our hometown) a little over a week ago. We signed a 12 month lease at these apartments because we thought from looking at their amenities and the fact that they are completely renovated we had found a good deal. We were terribly mistaken! I dont usually write reviews, however I feel that it is my duty to warn you to stay as far away from these apartments as you can. Dont make the mistake we did. Seriously. I am up at 3am for the 8th night in a row because I cannot sleep. The building structure is the worst known to mankind. In apartment living, you're bound to hear some noises from your neighbor but in these apartments, it literally sounds like your neighbor is in your apartment. I can hear every conversation and movement my neighbors have and make. The apartments are also very dusty and if you have allergies like me, that's an ER-visit. My head has been hurting for 3 days, non stop coughing and sneezing. Anyways, let's talk about the construction next. As I mentioned in the beginning of my post, all of the apartments are currently being renovated. So the lovely construction workers leave nails in the walking paths. I was running the other day and noticed at least 17 nails during my short 2 mile run. Not to mention they are no where near done with the construction. Lastly, I would like to address the customer service. When I first called about the apartments, the rep mentioned that they had a unit available however it wasnt showing online so I couldn't apply for it. Lord God, I now realize that was my sign to stay away. But noooo, my persistent behind went on to call corporate after the technical issue had gone on for about 4 weeks. With ONE phone call, the corporate rep was able to get the unit online and I applied. I recieved an immediate approval and next a lease. I originally signed the lease for a move in on July 27th however, I had some job changes and had to move it back. I called the leasing agen
