My husband and I was looking for an apartment for a while. The team here has been really great. They explained everything to us. Any time there is something wrong they come as fix it right away. If there is anything that we need they are willing to help us out no matter what it is. The team has treated us like family. I have been recommending The Heights to anyone that asks if I know where there are some places for rent as a reasonable prices. Absolutely love it here.

As in 2023 I been staying here for 8 recently just had new born come home I been complaining about roof leaks in my bathroom even mold in my water heater closet also the water heater will leak from time to time and blood on my blinds from previous owners and air bubbles in my wall under the paint also with my dishwasher it will even leak. terrible place to be live at

Their apartments deserve 1 star. They are old. Plus new management came in & they are foul. Dont work with u at all if u dont have your rent by the 15th they evict you. Im trying to move immediately. The neighborhood itself isnt bad at all, cool calm & collective. But the apartments are a no go. Raggedy raggedy. Ive never taken a bath in my tub because it looks so horrible. The wall is coming up. My AC unit smells like someone passes gas when I turn it on. Doors dont close all the way. Balcony wont lock. Just a mess.
