The representatives that took us out for a tour were great. The unfortunate part is that they took us out to search for what the prospective tenants would like & when they said what they wanted we were told the building has nothing available ( by management once we got back)& it was not an option. Why make these tour guides go out and show us units that are not even an option? Big waste of time for everyone in the 100 degree heat. VERY disappointed in the management staff to even set this up. The guys were great, again just a huge waste of time. I also followed up again by calling the office and again I was told they were totally booked with zero availability. We also know that the girls living in the unit we liked were definitely moving out. Yet, we were told it isn't an option for us. BEYOND frustrating. We were there for such a short window of time and I made this clear, should have been more productive and taken to see rentals that were available. Wasted the entire day.
