I toured Brookstone and found the apartment to be very cute. The location and price make it ideal! The manager was nice and answered all my questions. Great 1st apartment!

These are what Id describe as quaint little apartments. Dated but clean. The location cant be beat and the grounds look to be pristine as far as maintenance. I do wish they had more amenities, central heat and air and could guarantee low noise (soundproofing) because I work from home, but Im afraid the price would go up at that point. All in all an excellent choice for the price. Also, the grounds manager, Brendon Daily is amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. On top of things. If I made my decision based on Management Id pick Brookstone for sure. I would give 5 stars but I think a few upgrades are in order although the price and location makes this a viable choice for my needs,
