The maintenance people do a very good job of keeping it clean outside. However, they arent so speedy with fixing things when I first moved in my shower head would run while the tub would also fill with water they told me nothing could be done it happens. Also my dishwasher leaks when I use it and recently my washer and dryer broke they said because I live in a older building ( which happens to look like the leasing office ) they cant replace my unit .
