nice and quiet,if somebody yells or needs help we would know instantly and not just disregard it.Nothing here is unique,but the peace and quiet

The community school is famous and the children are happy and often go to the nearby park with their families

mostly the quiet atmosphere here,and also the homeowners take very good care of their properties although no bars

It is a quiet neighborhood and for the most part a safe place to live. We live near a school some there are always kids around and we have had little problems.
